The Fighting Jamesons at Hard Times Cafe-Four Mile Fork to Benefit Relay For Life October 17th

(FREDERICKSBURG,VA) Irish rock band, The Fighting Jamesons will be at Hard Times Cafe-Four Mile Fork Saturday, October 17 to benefit Relay For Life. Relay for Life will be running a silent auction and a 50/50 raffle with all proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Association.

The cost of the event is $7 at the door, starting at 7 p.m and showtime is at 8 p.m. Special guest band, The Blues Buckets will be the opening act for the evening. Tickets can be purchased in advance online, visit

Relay For Life (RFL) is the main fundraising effort of the American Cancer Society. Relays are held all over the world. Spotsylvania’s RFL will be held on April 23 at Spotsylvania High School from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00pm. This is a family friendly event which is open to the public. There will be food, music, a silent auction, the Miss Relay contest featuring male contestants, and a luminary ceremony in honor or in memory of those who have battled cancer. The Fighting Jamesons deliver a traditional style of Irish Rock with an aggressive and energetic modern-day approach. Forming in 2010, The Fighting Jamesons quickly gained a strong presence on the East Coast.
