Spencer Devon Brewing Launches Mug Club to benefit MANARC and Veterans Moving Forward

(FREDERICKSBURG, VA) Spencer Devon Brewing, a new craft brew pub located on 106 George St. in Fredericksburg will launch their SDB mug club on Monday, September 21 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. to benefit MANARC-Borne the Battle and Veterans Moving Forward (VMF).

Individuals who attend the event will have an opportunity to become one of only 30 SDB mug club members for a one time membership fee of $60. Individuals must be present to win their chance to become a SDB mug club member.

All members of the SDB mug club will receive a hand crafted mug from Liberty Town, personal notification of SDB news and upcoming releases, 10% off meals and merchandise and an invitation to an annual dinner with the brewers. A portion of the SDB mug club membership sales and 10% of SDB overall sales will benefit MANARC and Veterans Moving Forward (VMF). VMF’s mission is to provide service dogs and canine therapy services to veterans with physical and mental health challenges at no cost to the veteran. Their vision is to be a leading source of canine therapy and assistance dogs provided at no cost to veterans with physical and mental health challenges. MANARC recently raised over $2,000 for the Semper Fi Fund, and its program America’s Fund, which provides immediate financial assistance and lifetime support to post 9/11 wounded, critically ill and injured members of all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces, and their families. MANARC continues to partner with local businesses and together create opportunities to involve the community and help support local veteran organizations.

Shannon Peterson, local Fredericksburg musician will be donating his time and talents to the event to support local veterans. Shannon is a one of a kind performer who is well-known for his dynamic performances and variety of music.
